To blog or not to blog? That is/was the question.

I love reading other people's blogs and have often wanted to start a blog of my own.  However, I have felt like I lack a certain amount of...pizazz or excitement in my life that would make a blog interesting, but here I sit writing this post anyway.  I am ready to throw thoughts into the wind, or more accurately into the world wide web.  I still have no idea what I will write or what I will want to share, but I suppose the need to share something lately is strong enough to start this off.
